If you looked into the Hamilton skies early last Friday morning, you may have seen a hot air balloon breezing across the city containing three Ninja Valley crew members enjoying views of the Waikato Basin and beyond.

The scenic flight was a just reward for crew members Tamatea, Orlando and Legend who were voted by their colleagues as “most delivering the Ninja Valley Experience”. 

From the outset, providing an excellent Guest Experience has been a critical ambition at Ninja Valley and we’ve worked hard to compliment the Ninja Arena and activities with an engaging human experience. 

And it’s not just balloon rides for peer awards because on a quarterly basis, all crew are further incentivised based on the results of our Guest Experience surveys that are gathered progressively (1,000+ to date) and reviewed daily. We have set ourselves high standards and are constantly striving for continuous improvement with the ultimate goal of ensuring a fantastic experience for our guests - the Ninja Nation.
