Terms and Conditions:

• Membership Agreement: By enrolling in the Ninja Club Membership program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Membership Ticket Types: Memberships can only redeem the Standard Single Ticket AND/OR the 1 Adult + 1 Lil Ninja Ticket types.

• Membership Duration: The membership commences from the date of the first payment and is also the first day of the 7-day week. For example, if you purchase a membership on a Tuesday, then your weekly redemptions run from Tuesday to the following Monday. Likewise, your monthly redemptions commence on that date. For instance, if a membership is purchased on the 18th of the month, then the monthly redemptions will be effective from the 18th until the 17th of the next month.

• Payment Authorisation: By providing your payment information, you authorise Ninja Valley to charge your designated payment method weekly for the duration of your membership.

• Accepted Payment Methods: Weekly recurring payments for membership fees can only be made by credit or debit cards established during membership purchase. Ninja Valley cannot accept any other form of payment for membership fees.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of the Ninja Club Membership is only possible after the initial 13-week commitment period has been fulfilled. After this period, you may cancel your membership at any time via your online account or contacting Ninja Valley.

• Cancellation Process: To cancel your membership, you must submit a cancellation request on the Ninja Valley website. Cancellation requests will normally be processed automatically and immediately, prior to the next scheduled payment date to avoid being charged for the following week.

• Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for partial membership periods. Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated.

• Photo Identification Requirement: All memberships require photo identification. Members will allow Ninja Valley staff to capture a digital photo when they check in at reception on one of their first bookings using the membership.

• Membership Termination: Ninja Valley reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed necessary by Ninja Valley.

• Modification of Terms: Ninja Valley reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to members via email or through the Ninja Valley website.

• Redemption Terms: Memberships can be used on bookings that include products outside the redeemable products but will only apply the redeemable discount to the redeemable products.

• Single Guest Use: Memberships can only be used by a single guest over their lifetime and may not be used by multiple guests. Abuse of memberships may result in cancellation with no refund.

• Booking Requirements: Members will still need to make bookings, as usual, for Ninja Arena Sessions and Virtual Ninja sessions.

• Termination of Membership Program: Ninja Valley reserves the right to terminate the membership program with four weeks' notice to members via email.
